Refund Policy

Payments are not accepted yet

This is a demo: the site takes no money and nothing will be charged to your card. The rules below apply once sales open and a support address appears here.

We refund your money within 14 days of payment, with no reason required. You will not have to argue or prove anything.

How to get your money back

  • Write to our support address within 14 days of payment.
  • Include the personal link to your reading or the email address that received the receipt from the payment provider.
  • You do not need to explain why. If you tell us what you did not like, it will help us get better, but it does not affect the refund.

Timing

We issue the refund within three business days of your message. The money comes back the same way you paid. When it is credited depends on your bank and usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to the reading

After a refund, the paid sections are closed. The free part stays available via your link until you delete it.

If you do not recognise a charge

We only take one-off payments: there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. If you see an Astera payment that you did not make, write to our support address before contacting your bank: we will find the payment and return the money faster than a dispute procedure would.
