Privacy Policy

• Quiz answers: your name (any name, whatever you want to be called), which grammatical gender to write the text in, what you are interested in and what you wrote in your own words.
• Birth data: the date, the time if you know it, and the city. The city is turned into coordinates and a time zone.
• The finished reading: the calculated chart and the written text.
• A review, if you leave one: the rating and the text, and, if you allow the review to be shown on the site, also the name, town or city and photo you give. Without that permission the name, town or city and photo are not kept. A photo is kept as a small copy, with no details of the camera or where it was taken.
• Your question for a tarot spread and the cards drawn: needed only to write the spread, they are not written to the database. If you carry the question over into the natal reading quiz, it is stored with that reading as a quiz answer and deleted together with it.
• For compatibility: the second person's name and birth data and, if you specify it, which grammatical gender to use for them. They are needed to calculate and write the couple's reading and are kept with it, so that it opens via your personal link. Only enter another person's details if they do not mind.
• For the yearly forecast: your name and birth data. They are needed to calculate and write the forecast and are kept with it, so that it opens via your personal link.
• Anonymous statistics: which steps of the site were completed, which advertising link the visit came from and which language was chosen. The statistics contain no name, no birth data and no quiz answers.
• Your device's address (IP) is used at the moment of a request, to limit how often requests are made. It is not written to our database.

There is no sign-up on the site, so we do not ask for an email address or a password.

• To calculate the chart and write the reading: this is the service itself, and it is impossible without this data.
• To save the reading so that you can come back to it via your personal link and, after payment, get the remaining sections.
• To show your review on the site if you have allowed it, to work out the average rating across all reviews and to use them to make the readings more accurate.
• To understand from anonymous statistics at which step the site is inconvenient.
• To understand which ads bring readers and to show them to people who may be interested: for this, the Meta pixel runs on the sites our ads lead to (more on it below).
• To protect the site from abuse: the number of requests from one address is limited.

We do not sell data. To keep the service working, some of the data is processed by contractors:

• The language model provider (Anthropic, including via OpenRouter) receives the calculated chart, the time and coordinates of birth, the quiz answers, your tarot question with the cards drawn, for compatibility the data of both people and, if you specified it, which grammatical gender to use for each, and for the yearly forecast your name, in order to write the text.
• The hosting provider Railway stores the database with the readings and reviews and, like any hosting provider, keeps technical request logs.
• Payments are taken by a payment partner through Stripe. You enter your card details and the email for the receipt on Stripe's page, we do not receive them and do not store them. All we keep is the confirmation: the amount, the currency and that the payment went through.
• The Meta advertising network (Facebook, Instagram), through a pixel on the sites our ads lead to: in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only after you agree, in other countries until you refuse. Meta receives which page you opened (the address of a personal reading without its number), that you viewed a free reading, started checkout or paid (the amount and currency), a random browser number and the ad click number from the _fbp and _fbc cookies and, as with any request to its servers, your device's address (IP) and browser details. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in this browser, Meta may link these events to its own cookies and to your account. Meta does not receive your name, birth data, quiz answers or the text of your reading. Meta uses this data to measure ad results and to decide whom to show ads to; how it handles the data is described in its policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Contractors' servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

Advertising cookies are set only by the Meta pixel, on the sites our ads lead to, and only while it is on (see above): _fbp with a random browser number and _fbc with the ad click number if you came from an ad, both for 90 days. Your choice whether to allow them is kept in your browser's storage with no expiry and can be changed with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of the page; if you refuse, both cookies are deleted. For the pixel, your browser's storage also holds the country of the visit (until the tab is closed) and, while a payment is under way, a note about it: the reading's number, the amount, the currency and a random event number, so that the purchase can be reported to Meta (up to 7 days). Besides these, the site sets one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, holding the chosen language so the site opens in it (until the browser is closed). Your browser's storage holds: a random visit number and the tags of the advertising link (until the tab is closed); a draft of the answers to an unfinished quiz, the data typed into forms and the latest compatibility, forecast and tarot result (until the tab is closed); a link to the latest reading written in this browser and the name from the quiz or, if there is none, to the latest reading opened here from a link and the name in it, so that the site can offer to take you back to it and label it in the menu (with no expiry, until you clear the site's data; while a new reading is being written, the link to the previous one is kept next to it so that it is not lost if something fails). The reminder about your reading can be hidden, and the link is not deleted by that: it stays in the menu and at the bottom of the page. All of this is removed by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

A reading, a forecast and a couple's reading are kept for as long as you need them. You can delete any of them yourself, straight away: the delete button on its page erases the chart, the text and the details you entered from the database, for a couple's reading those of both people. We have the right to delete, on our own initiative, readings that nobody has come back to for a long time. Anonymous statistics are not linked to a reading and cannot be deleted by link: they contain nothing that would point to you. A review of a reading is deleted together with it. To take a review off the site or withdraw your permission to show it without deleting the reading, write to our support address.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it, and also complain to the supervisory authority in your country. For residents of the EU and the United Kingdom, the legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (the calculation and the reading), our legitimate interest (anonymous statistics, protecting the site and reviews not shown on the site) and your consent (showing a review with your name, town or city and photo, and the Meta pixel; you can withdraw it at any time, for the pixel with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of the page). To exercise your rights, write to our support address. Since there is no sign-up, we will need your personal link to find the reading.

The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has left their data here, write to our support address and we will delete it.

If we start collecting something new or change contractors, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
